Your GIBSON GROUP recruiter is an industry expert and has filled positions much like the one you require. But, to represent your company to the best of our ability, we will want some specifics about each available position:
- Requirements by education and experience
- Relocation options
- Whether a new or replacement position
- Compensation range
Using our proprietary database and our network of national contacts, a select number of candidates are targeted.
Candidates are further qualified with a personal or telephone interview. In that interview we ask a series of questions, including those about salary requirements, willingness to locate, career goals and lifestyle needs.
Based on the interview, you are provided with a written profile of candidates who appear to best fit your needs. You will also receive each candidate´s resume.
At your convenience, your GIBSON GROUP recruiter will arrange telephone and personal interviews with candidates of interest.
Once you have selected a finalist candidate, we check references and follow-up with you to arrange other approval interviews as needed.
Your recruiter works with the candidate of your choice to facilitate prompt acceptance and an early start date. We also can be involved in contract/employment negotiations if you choose.
We remain in touch with the candidate you select, to answer questions and give additional support as needed.
THE GIBSON GROUP can also help you construct job descriptions or administer skills and personality testing. We can provide information, such as cost-of-living and salary comparisons, to help you make acceptable offers and keep you from losing a truly viable candidate.
